A warm, lived-in family room refreshed without losing the pieces that made it personal. Rather than replacing everything, the design worked around existing furniture, artwork and much-loved family pieces, giving them a new setting and a renewed sense of purpose.

A calm, country-inspired base is layered with soft neutrals, muted blues and earthy tones, alongside natural materials and subtle pattern. New textiles, lighting and styling bring the room together, while the mix of old and new keeps it feeling collected rather than overly designed.

The result is relaxed, comfortable and full of character — a reminder that a successful redesign doesn’t always mean starting from scratch.
