Dual Heritage - Concept

A family room shaped by two cultures. This project brings together the clients’ Danish and Indian heritage, finding a balance between Scandinavian simplicity and the warmth, colour and craftsmanship of Indian design.

Rather than separating the two influences, the space layers them naturally through colour, pattern, materials and meaningful details. A calm, considered base gives more expressive pieces room to stand out, creating a room that feels collected and personal rather than themed.

The result is a relaxed family space that reflects the people who live there — their backgrounds, their stories and the life they are building together.
