I believe our homes have the power to shape the way we feel, every single day. That's why every project starts with understanding how you want to feel before deciding how a space should look. Confident enough to host friends. Calm enough to switch off. Inspired enough to start something new. Beautiful, yes. But always designed to be lived in.
It's something I learned from my mum, Patrizia — Patrì to the people closest to her — and an idea that eventually gave Studio Patrì its name.
Growing up in Italy, I was surrounded by how Italians view their homes, a home is a place that should be lived in, beautiful yes, but also full of personality. Our family home was never static, my mum would constantly rethink our home. Moving things around, finding new ways to use the space we had, giving rooms new purposes, and making changes that could transform how a room felt.
That simple idea has stayed with me: sometimes you don't need more. You just need to see what you already have differently.
